ARE YOU THE ONE?
As a Domestic Appliance Engineer, you’ll deliver outstanding in-home customer experiences and help shape the Samsung Customer Journey. In this field-based role, you’ll support appliance installations and repairs — including washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, cookers, and fridges. Beyond fixing appliances, you’ll represent the Samsung brand, offering expert advice, maintenance, and friendly support
WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO
- Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and inspection work on equipment that is within the 28-day purchase warranty window
- When repairs cannot be carried out on the spot, Technicians may arrange for faulty equipment to be replaced or for further parts to be supplied to arrange a suitable fix
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults
- You will work closely with your administrator to ensure a smooth and seamless process from start to finish
- Inventory management, you will be responsible for managing spare parts van stock equipment and tools
- Being able to support customers with all their needs in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
ARE YOU OUR PERFECT PARTNER?
- You're experienced and knowledgeable in domestic appliance or white goods engineering
- You understand quality control measures and procedures
- You possess a good understanding of electric and electronic principles and can apply them in practice
- You have a good knowledge of electrical procedures, testing, and safety
- You excel in manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- You maintain a responsible attitude toward health and safety
- You're skilled in using a laptop computer for diagnostics and reporting
- You have a valid driver’s license and willing to travel

- Competitive Salary: Up to £34,500 Per Annum + Performance Bonus: 20% + Company Van
