We’re looking for a Retail Commercial Executive who’s ready to drive performance, influence strategy, and help keep our field teams ahead of the competition.
In this role, you will support senior leadership with high-quality insights, reporting, and commercial recommendations that fuel growth across Samsung’s retail channels. You’ll work closely with Regional and Divisional Managers, turning analysis into actionable strategy and ensuring our teams have everything they need to deliver exceptional results.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO
- Deliver insightful reporting and analysis to support senior leadership and drive commercial performance
- Partner with Regional and Divisional Managers to identify growth opportunities and align on performance strategy
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and actionable recommendations to enhance field team impact
- Monitor campaign and incentive performance, advising on improvements to maximise results
- Gather and share commercial feedback with marketing to improve campaign execution and omni-channel alignment
- Support product launches and go-to-market plans with clear commercial insights
- Design, manage, and evaluate incentive programmes that motivate teams and deliver measurable ROI

- You’re able to translate data into meaningful insights with your strong analytical skills
- You’re a confident communicator, able to deliver clear messages and present information confidently to internal teams
- You’re experienced in designing, managing, and evaluating team incentive programmes
- You’re able to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders at all levels
- You’re able to easily spot opportunities that improve performance and efficiency with proven experience
- You’re comfortable working with omni-channel and cross-functional teams
- You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- You hold a full UK driving licence

- Competitive Salary: £35,000 Per Annum + 15 % Bonus
