Are you passionate about retail and driven by delivering exceptional results? Blue Square is seeking a Retail Excellence Manager for our client Samsung to lead a multi-functional team, translating strategy into action to ensure best-in-class execution, commercial performance, and operational efficiency across our retail universe.
You’ll act as the bridge between the Samsung Retail Lead, Retail Field Lead, and Client Services Director, ensuring alignment, insight, and excellence across all areas of retail performance. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll make a real impact on both people and performance.
WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO
- Drive Retail Strategy & Execution: Develop and deliver retail excellence plans, ensuring brand standards, customer experience, and alignment with business objectives and key launches.
- Lead & Develop Teams: Inspire and coach Retail Operations, Commercial, and Communications Executives, fostering collaboration and career growth.
- Commercial Insight & Performance: Track retail performance, analyse data, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Operational Delivery: Manage key retail projects, streamline workflows, coordinate activities, and optimise tools for efficient field team execution.
- Communication & Alignment: Lead retail communications, ensure cross-team alignment, report to leadership, and oversee communications budgets.
- Champion Brand & Culture: Promote Samsung and Blue Square’s ETHIC values, drive collaboration and performance excellence, and support senior leadership visits.
ARE YOU OUR PERFECT PARTNER?
- You’re experienced in retail, operations, or commercial leadership at a regional or national level.
- You’re able to demonstrate a strong understanding of retail performance drivers, customer experience, and brand execution.
- You’re experienced in leading cross-functional teams to deliver through others.
- You’re an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills with senior-level influence.
- You’re able to interpret data, with an analytical mindset to drive improvement.
- You’re highly organised with strong project management skills.
- You’re resilient, adaptable, and energised by fast-paced, high-performance environments.
- You have a Full UK driving licence.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US
- Competitive Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 Per Annum + 15% Bonus
