As our Senior Retail Programmes Manager, you’ll be at the centre of it all. Driving the strategy, execution and evolution of a flagship ambassador programme for Samsung. You’ll connect insight, people and performance to influence how products are experienced, recommended and ultimately sold.
WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO:
Own the end-to-end strategy and delivery of a seeded ambassador programme across retail and contact centre partners, ensuring it drives engagement and sell-out
Partner with senior stakeholders to build long-term plans that increase influence and maximise ROI
Lead rollout plans across multiple channels, tailoring delivery to partner needs and business priorities
Line manage and develop your team, creating a high-performing, results-focused environment
Analyse programme performance across sell-out, engagement and training metrics, turning insight into action
Build strong, credible relationships across internal teams, partners and agencies to drive alignment and success
Own budgets, forecasts and timelines, ensuring programmes are delivered efficiently and effectively
Continuously review performance, identifying opportunities to improve and evolve programmes
Stay close to the field, using real-world feedback to strengthen programme delivery
Support product launches and key events with best-in-class programme execution
Deliver clear, insight-led reporting that demonstrates the value and impact of your programmes

- Proven experience managing retail or field-based programmes
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to interpret performance and drive ROI
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
- Experience leading and developing people
- Highly organised with strong project management skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, solution-focused and results-driven
- Experience working across client and agency environments
- Understanding of budgets, forecasting and performance metrics
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US
- Competitive Salary: £53,000 - £58,000 Per Annum + 10% Bonus + Company Car
