We’re looking for a Retail Commercial Executive who uses data to drive decisions, influence strategy, and deliver measurable performance across our retail estate.

In this role, you’ll provide high-quality commercial insight, performance reporting, and evidence-based recommendations that support senior leadership and accelerate growth across Samsung’s retail channels. Working closely with Regional and Divisional Managers, you’ll translate complex data into clear actions, helping field teams optimise performance and stay ahead of the competition.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

  • Produce robust commercial reporting and performance analysis to inform senior leadership decision-making
  • Partner with Regional and Divisional Managers to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across retail channels
  • Deliver market, competitor, and performance insights that directly influence field team strategy and execution
  • Track, analyse, and optimise campaign and incentive performance, recommending improvements to maximise ROI
  • Capture and share commercial feedback and performance data with marketing to improve campaign effectiveness and omni-channel alignment
  • Support product launches and go-to-market strategies with data-led commercial insight and forecasting
  • Design, manage, and evaluate incentive programmes, ensuring they are performance-driven, motivating, and measurable
  • Ensure insight is converted into clear, actionable recommendations that drive consistent execution in the field

  • You collaborate effectively with cross-functional and senior stakeholders
  • You proactively identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and ROI
  • You’re comfortable working in omni-channel retail environments
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance, insight-led culture
  • You hold a full UK driving licence
