Senior Online Training Manager

ARE YOU THE ONE?

As a Senior Online Training Manager, you will sit at the heart of the Samsung MX training function, working alongside the Senior Retail Programs Manager. You will take full ownership of Samsung’s award winning online training portal and virtual learning experience, shaping how retail and contact centre teams learn, sell and succeed.

You will lead a small team, manage budgets, and deliver clear return on investment. More than that, you will build and drive a smart eLearning strategy that boosts engagement, strengthens product knowledge and delivers real commercial impact.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO:

  • STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT
    Evolve and lead the eLearning and virtual training strategy with clear objectives and measurable KPIs
    Keep a close eye on competitors to ensure Samsung remains best in class
    Enhance the platform experience to drive repeat engagement across web and app
    Create a seamless journey between online and virtual training
    Align all activity to Samsung UK priorities with a focus on product launches and retention
  • AIDING ENGAGEMENT
    Lead and develop the Online Training team to deliver outstanding execution
    Work closely with developers, agencies and internal teams
    Communicate clearly and confidently across all stakeholders
    Own stakeholder updates and system communications
  • PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS
    Manage agency relationships and ensure strong return on investment
    Track performance across monthly and quarterly cycles
    Use data and feedback to continuously improve the platform
    Report on engagement, usage and commercial impact
    Build and deliver plans to meet and exceed targets
  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT
    Integrate key programmes such as Samsung Ambassador Elite into the platform
    Promote the eLearning portal across retail channel partners
    Ensure content is always up to date, especially around launches
    Optimise the remote learning experience across portal and mobile
    Oversee cross functional projects to ensure alignment and business value
  • INNOVATION
    Explore new ways to drive engagement, knowledge retention and results
    Create impactful training that supports real sales conversations
    Test, learn and scale new ideas using data and insight
