If you're an experienced, strategic thinker, experienced in managing teams with a passion for retail execution, this challenging and dynamic role is for you.  

We’re looking for an experienced leader with in-store retail execution. You will be solutions focused and have successfully executed new launches and store rollouts. You’ll be an expert in bringing products to life through engaging retail fixtures and fittings with the ability to collaborate across departments to achieve organisational goals.

In this exciting role as our Lead Retail Go-to-Market & Innovation Manager, you will manage Samsung’s Mobile Retail Go-To-Market team, with two direct reports. Responsible for successfully executing all Go-to-Market and Retail projects in our 3000 stores and contact centres. Playing a pivotal role in ensuring product launches and retail initiatives are on time, within budget, and of the highest quality.

This is a challenging and exciting role where no two days are the same.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

LEADERSHIP 

Lead, drive internal and external commercial relationships, coach senior managers, and manage escalations to senior stakeholders for Go-To-Market success

RETAIL GTM STRATEGY

 Own and oversee all mobile Go-To-Market launches, leading a team for best-in-class product fixtures. 

Drive clear direction and strategy for Retail Go-To-Market and Projects, aligning with company vision and goals

BUDGET MANAGEMENT

Budget forecasting/presentation and management circa £8-10million per annum

 Delivery of all Mobile Experience product launches and Retail projects to forecasted budget and timeline across all retail channels.

PRESENTATION

Present action plans & strategies to key stakeholders for budget approval.

Analysis of all execution return on investment and outcome presentation to senior leadership

PROFESSIONAL RELATIONS

Build, maintain, develop & grow key relationships with critical agencies and marketing vendors used for GTM and Project activities.

Uplifting Go-To-Market’s internal presence to foster positive commercial relationships

RESEARCH

Work closely with product team to build a detailed knowledge of the IM portfolio and intricacies of launch process. 

Utilising market trends and data to enhance our launch processes.

 Source, discover & evaluate the value of potential new agencies to engage with.

 WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US 

  • Competitive Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 Per Annum 
  • Performance Bonus: 20%
