TRAINING 

Develop cutting-edge training for our teams, leveraging behavioural science to enhance learning. Craft and deliver compelling content at events, providing expert product knowledge. Focus on the Shark Ninja customer experience journey to promote best practices.

Innovate training delivery aligned to brand guidelines for retail teams, ensuring exceptional customer service

ANALYSIS

Stay ahead by monitoring product and market changes, understanding their training implications. 

Analyse competitors and craft responsive strategies through remote learning

STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT

Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver exceptional training. Execute virtual initiatives for training teams and retail partners. Develop market-leading support materials, align with stakeholders, and influence client and HQ teams. Build strong relationships with retailers and plan for peak periods to ensure efficiency and added value.

SALES IMPACT

Adapt to market changes by monitoring products and competitor insights.

 WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

  • Competitive Salary: up to £45,000 Per Annum
