As our Regional Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in strengthening HP’s brand presence.
You'll build impactful relationships with retail partners, deliver engaging in-store training, and lead initiatives that motivate and reward performance.
Acting as the vital link between HP and retail teams across your region—including stores and contact centres—you’ll ensure consistent communication, strategic coverage, and a focus on high-priority locations. Your efforts will drive meaningful brand engagement, uncover opportunities for growth, and ensure HP remains a top choice for customers.
WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO
TRAINING AND ENGAGEMENT Effectively deliver great presentations across small and large groups, in person and virtually making every engagement memorable. Increase brand sales and engagement across all retailers within your region through training and product placement in store

RELATIONSHIP BUILDER Build and nurture strong relationships with key retail colleagues, acting as their primary point of contact for all things HP | |
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE AND SALES Implement HP compliance, point of sale, brand guidelines and initiatives, and assist with any documentation or communication when required. Building and communicating an effective plan to increase sales, relationships, product knowledge, and return on investment | |
DATA DRIVEN REPORTING Reporting on customer interactions, sales, and training sessions to provide insights and demonstrate return on investment.
Utilising your commercial skills to strengthen your territory, support with VIP visits and provide confidence in HP’s brand. | |
KNOWLEDGE RETENTION AND COMPETITOR AWARENESS Imparting brand and product knowledge through every interaction, from shop floor interactions to engaging in large classroom style learning & events Understanding competitor products and approaches to remain commercially aware | |
INNOVATION Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness and merchandising of HP’s products in stores/online. |
ARE YOU OUR PERFECT PARTNER?
- You're someone who demonstrates a customer centric approach, ideally with experience in either retail, technology, customer service, or area management.
- You have territory management experience
- You're experienced in communicating with and influencing a variety of stakeholders.
- You have strong commercial awareness and can bring expert guidance to your region and leadership team
- You're motivated to develop a career in technology, with a passion to learn and develop your skills and knowledge.
- You're highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- You're a curious, self-motivated, and innovative thinker.
- You're confident in demonstrating to large groups of people, with strong presentation skills.
- You're comfortable with covering a large geographical area, and a full UK driving license is required

- Competitive Salary: Up to £32,000 Per Annum FTC (9months)
