WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO
| LEAD WITH VISION Collaborate closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition to implement cutting-edge recruitment strategies. Align on project scope and outcomes, delivering on the TA/People Roadmap |
| OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE Drive continuous improvement of our applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment processes. |
| STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver outstanding recruitment solutions |
| EMPLOYER BRANDING Enhance our reputation as an employer of choice through strategic branding initiatives |
| TEAM LEADERSHIP Recruit, coach, and develop a top-notch Talent Acquisition operations team Ensure the TA team provides an excellent candidate journey, for both internal and external candidates - maintaining confidentiality Focus the TA operations team on a direct sourcing approach |
| RECRUITMENT 360-degree recruitment for senior and confidential positions. You'll conduct screening calls and providing insightful feedback to unsuccessful candidates to foster continuous improvement and maintain a positive candidate experience. |

- You strive for operational excellence, with a strong understanding of ATS management and recruitment process optimisation.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US
- Competitive Salary: £42,000 - £50,000 Per Annum
