- Mentor and coach our talent Acquisition specialist

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO
Partnering & Mentoring Build strong relationships with hiring managers, mentor team members, and promote direct sourcing strategies to optimise costs. | |
Talent Community Management Develop talent pipelines, maintain alumni pools, and ensure candidates are engaged and ready for future opportunities. | |
Strategy Development Work alongside leadership to define and innovate talent acquisition strategies | |
Operational Excellence Manage and continuously improve our ATS (Tribepad) and recruitment processes. | |
Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver tailored solutions and meet business needs.the number of words, ditch stuffy sayings and make it punchy. | |
Recruitment Expertise Lead 360-degree recruitment efforts, from sourcing and screening to onboarding | |
Employer Brand Enhance our reputation as an employer of choice by consistently communicating our vision, values, and employee value proposition |
ARE YOU OUR PERFECT PARTNER?
- You’re a recruiter with proven experience in high-volume and specialist recruitment
- You’re able to deliver successful talent acquisition strategies, thinking creatively to fill those challenging roles!
- You’re experienced in direct sourcing, talent pipelining, and systems management
- You’re passionate about sharing your experience with others through mentoring, coaching, and stakeholder engagement
- You’re process orientated, and turn to the data to help inform your decisions, striving for operational excellence
- You’re passionate about maintaining and enhancing an employer brand
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US
- Competitive Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 Per Annum (dependant on experience)
