As our Project Manager you will understand the account needs inside out. You’ll be responsible for monitoring and progressing internal client focussed projects. You'll align to activity and overall execution across the account. Ensure that effective and efficient services and projects are delivered on time and within scope of the initial brief and that the end solutions are fit for purpose. 

 

You will be the expert in spinning multiple plates, pushing the boundaries, striving to deliver exceptional results. Providing regular updates to the client team on all activity within your deliverables. Establish trust through asking the right questions and delivering on commitments

TRAINING AND CONTENT 

Working with within the client delivery team supporting the population and generation of content for the clients online learning platform. Understanding how it is used, where it used and where the opportunities to improve are

 

In partnership with the Master Trainer working on new training formats and engagement techniques to drive interaction and usage from the field teams on the platform

DATA ANALYTICS

Owning the data vision and mapping data touchpoints to show progress and measure success within the account

Factor in data acquisition and where the gaps are that we need to fill in order to get full understanding of the impact the account is making within the field and stores

Responsible for the associated delivery and reporting back to the Senior Client Service Manager for evolution and enhancement of the account and overall field programme

TECH STACK

Working with the strategy team to deliver to overarching field management software tools needed to show success back to the client

One central solution that both the client and agency can interrogate and investigate from in order to spot opportunities and drive results

Sourcing the fit for purpose communication platform to allow field teams to download all the relevant packs and content heading into their week to share with the retail store teams.

CUSTOMER AND PRODUCT EXPERIENCE

Working in partnership with the Master Trainer and Client Service Manager how do we understand, attribute and then showcase opportunities to improve instore experience to the client. 

Supporting the Strategy Partner to build and share what the best experience looks like by retailer and by brand that drive the ultimate in store experience and success.

How is that then translated and driven through recruitment strategies and profile building to generate our ideal Brand Ambassador candidates

  • Previous account management / executive experience
  • Good commercial awareness and critical thinker
  • Experience and/or understanding of the retail / telecommunications industry
  • Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Agency understanding/experience preferable 
  • Able to adapt to change easily and work well under pressure
  • Incredibly proactive and forward thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels  
  • A positive and can-do attitude 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Proven customer facing experience
  • Previous experience of supporting customer accounts
  • Field marketing / agency experience required
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities / indirect leadership 
  • High level of initiative 
  • Resilient, dynamic, and tenacious
