Are you passionate about product, retail, and bringing innovation to life on the shop floor? Blue Square is looking for an energetic, retail-savvy Product Guru to represent our client Shark Ninja across John Lewis Partnership stores nationwide.
This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you’ll become the face of Shark Ninja, delivering best-in-class product training, inspiring confidence in retail teams, and transforming product knowledge into meaningful customer conversations. With a Thursday–Monday focus, you’ll maximise training opportunities, drive in-store engagement, and help our retail partners truly champion the brand.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO
- Deliver engaging, high-impact product training across John Lewis Partnership stores, inspiring confidence and capability.
- Coach Brand Experts and retail partners to confidently demonstrate, recommend, and sell Shark Ninja products.
- Bring Shark Ninja products and innovations to life through compelling live demonstrations and storytelling.
- Maintain expert-level product knowledge, staying ahead of new launches, key features, and competitor activity.
- Support weekend events through planning, remote guidance, and follow-up to drive stronger weekday execution.
- Capture and share insights, feedback, and evidence of impact through reporting, photos, and engagement metrics.
- Lead in-store events and activations that build excitement, advocacy, and brand awareness.
- Act as the go-to Shark Ninja product expert, building strong, trusted relationships with store teams and leadership.
ARE YOU OUR PERFECT PARTNER?
- You’re passionate about home innovation, technology, and exceptional customer experience.
- You have experience in retail training, coaching, or in-store product advocacy.
- You’re a confident presenter, able to engage small to medium groups and adapt your style
- You’re enthusiastic, engaging, and great at creating memorable learning moments.
- You’re highly organised and self-motivated, able to manage a national store schedule.
- You’re flexible and comfortable working a Thursday–Monday pattern, including weekends.
- You’re a natural relationship builder who can influence, motivate, and inspire store teams.
- You hold a full UK driving licence and are happy to travel nationally.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US
- Competitive Salary: Up to £30,000 Per Annum + 15% Bonus
