 WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

PEOPLE OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATION

  • Oversee core People Ops services, including employee life cycle management, HR MI provision, and policy management
  • Act as the main escalation point for employee queries on processes such as preboarding, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Coordinate key people calendar events such as pay reviews, talent mapping, and HR audits

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS

  • Provide high-quality ER service, advising on HR best practices.
  • Lead the management of high-risk complex employee relations matters.
  • Support the execution of business change programs, e.g., restructures and redundancies.

SYSTEMS REPORTING AND COMPLIANCE

Oversee the management and development of people systems.

Deliver people and culture data for key workforce metrics.

Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

 Own reward and benefits structures, including vendor management.

Implement HR initiatives e.g., EAP program and Occupational Health referrals.

Develop and manage the reward aspect of all People policies

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Be accountable for operational SLAs and continuous improvement.

Identify process improvements and solutions, collaborating with the wider People team

TEAM MANAGEMENT

Provide clear direction, support, and time for your team.

Drive achievement across People Ops service level KPIs.

Embed a culture of knowledge sharing and skills development

ARE YOU OUR PERFECT PARTNER?

  • Strong working knowledge of employment law
  • HR generalist background, preferably with multi-site or retail experience
  • Experience in Employment Relations cases in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Leadership experience, including leading, coaching, and managing people
  • Problem-solving skills with a pragmatic and commercially sound approach
