As an Online Training Executive, you will work closely with the Online Training Manager, oversee the day-to-day operations of Samsung’s Online Training portal (Samsung Backstage,) Backstage Live and Samsung’s Ambassador programme (Samsung Backstage Elites)ensuring smooth content delivery, communication, and reporting.

 

Your role involves managing administrative tasks, gathering insights from stakeholders, and communicating updates to internal and external parties. You will also be the main point of contact for field teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment across the MX Division.

CONTENT

Responsible for content management across Online & Virtual Training alongside the Samsung Elite program, including News Feed, Social Media (Facebook & Instagram) & Newsletter management

SYSTEM OPERATIONS

Responsible for all admin tasks to ensure smooth running of the Online Training, Virtual Training & Samsung Elite program, including password resets, database management, raising support tickets and managing the Online team support inbox

COMMUNICATION

Responsible for Online & Virtual Training communications, including virtual session scheduling with partners, and internal communications on any key system updates / bugs

REPORTING

Responsible for performance reporting across Online Training & Virtual Training alongside the Samsung Elite program.

Maintain a good understanding of competitor portal activity to ensure Samsung remain Best in Class, and report back key insights

COLLABORTAION

Responsible for being the key point of contact for the field teams, working with field teams, collating regular feedback and driving best in class execution

Provide daily updates of module trackers and communication of live session attendance with key stakeholders

TRAINING

Training the field team on new changes to system to allow updates within channel and retailers

  • You have strong analytical skills, and be able to interrogate data sets and extract actionable insights to shape client strategies
  • You’re proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and manipulation, basic skills such as vlookup, sumif and countifs.

  • You’re a good inter-personal and communication skills 
  • You’re hands-on and have a proactive approach 
  • You’re self-sufficient and able to work under pressure 
  • You’ll have a high level of personal organisation and time management
