You'll be the expert in all things Samsung Mobile (MX)

living and breathing the latest devices, innovations, and competitive landscape. 

Your product knowledge will position you as a trusted voice in your stores, empowering colleagues and customers alike to make informed choices that elevate the Samsung brand and increase sales.

RELATIONSHIP BUILDING

Strong, authentic relationships are at the core of this role.

You’ll build long-lasting connections with store teams, management, and key stakeholders, becoming a valued partner who drives performance and brand advocacy. 

From leading VIP visits to influencing decision-makers, your ability to connect will open doors and deliver results.

TRAINING EXCELLENCE

You’ll deliver training sessions that don’t just inform—they inspire. Whether one-on-one or group sessions, your confident, engaging delivery will leave a lasting impact. You’ll ensure colleagues are not only knowledgeable but also excited to represent Samsung’s products and values.

TERRITORY MANAGEMENT

With a large geographical area to cover, your ability to plan and prioritise is key. You’ll manage your schedule with precision—ensuring every visit delivers maximum impact, whether through regular store visits, tactical activations, or high-energy roadshows. You’ll work independently but remain fully connected to your team and goals

DATA AND COMPLIANCE

Your work will be guided by insight. Through detailed reporting of store visits, customer interactions, and training sessions, you’ll provide valuable feedback and demonstrate the real impact of your efforts. By analysing mystery shop scores and performance data, you’ll identify trends and opportunities to continuously improve store performance.

  • You’re a confident and passionate communicator able to deliver in person training sessions. 
  • You’re comfortable managing your time to get the maximum results, working autonomously within your team.
  • You’re able to manage multiple stakeholders with ease across a large geographical area
  • You have a full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel

 

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

  • Competitive Salary: £135 per day
  • Performance Bonus £20 per day
