As our customer Experience Marketing & Communications Executive you will collaborate with internal & external teams to ensure Samsung's Consumer Experience (CX) propositions are front and centre when a customer requires support.
Reporting into the CX Marketing & Communications Manager, this role is focussed on maximising the value of every customer interaction across all Samsung’s CX touchpoints in order to drive lifelong customer loyalty
WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO
CONTENT & COPYWRITING Working closely with the digital, customer journey, service delivery and contact centre teams to create and proof all content and copy

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE BRAND GUIDELINES Maintain and develop the CX (Consumer Experience) brand guidelines to ensure all CX materials are compliant with Samsung global guidelines and deliver the best brand experience for customers

Project Management Support and lead cross team and cross divisional meetings on key Marcomms projects and initiatives to ensure they run on time, within budget and within scope.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT Collaborate with other SEUK divisions on customer experience projects as well as supporting CX teams and agencies with communications ensuring full compliance and governance across Samsung

EMAIL CAMPAIGNS
Work with Samsung’s agency partners to deliver best in class Email CRM to enhance in-life and repair customer experiences |
