 If you know you want to be where the action starts, identifying opportunities, opening doors, and helping teams win, our Craft Track Apprenticeship is your launchpad.  Join the Growth Team at Brand Partnership Group (BPG) and become a specialist in how we scale, how we pitch, and how we win.

 You’ll study for a fully funded Level 4 Sales qualification, learning the psychology and strategy behind high-level business development, while gaining real, hands-on experience from day one. To ensure you truly understand what we sell, you’ll take part in high-impact immersions across our Group agencies: Blue Square, Kru Live, Ryse, Cyphr

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

 THE DISCOVERY (RESEARCH & INSIGHT)

  • Become a ‘deep dive’ specialist. Researching exciting global brands and identifying the key decision-makers we should be talking to.
  • Spot trends, industry news, and opportunities that give us the perfect reason to connect with potential partners.
  • Stay ahead of the curve and help position BPG as a proactive, insight-led growth partner.

 THE FIRST CONNECTION (OUTREACH & ENGAGEMENT)

  • Master the art of the first impression
  • Craft clever, personalised outreach that cuts through the noise
  • Be the voice of BPG introducing our agencies and opening doors in creative ways

 THE GROWTH JOURNEY (RELATIONSHIP DEVELOPMENT)

  • Support the full sales cycle, from first hello to signed partnership.
  • Help manage and track our Growth Pipeline, ensuring no opportunity is ever missed.
  • Learn how strong relationships turn into long-term partnerships.

THE DOING (MASTERING NEW BUSINESS)

  • Learn how to manage a pitch from start to finish
  • Develop standout professional communication skills
  • Build a sharp eye for detail, ensuring every proposal we send is polished, premium, and powerful

ARE YOU OUR PERFECT PARTNER?

  • To be eligible for this apprenticeship, you’ll need to be a resident with right to work in England
  • You don’t already have a qualification to the same level or above in the same subject as their apprenticeship would be (Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship)
