ARE YOU THE ONE?
As our Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager you will be responsible for creating and delivering the retail and Contact Centre Go to Market plans of the relevant product launches within Samsung Mobile Retail, including accessories and the mobile phones.
You will ensure the execution of all retail product launches are delivered on time, within budget to a high standard.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO
LAUNCH PROJECT MANAGEMENT End-to-end project management of Samsung’s latest product launches within retail and contact centre touchpoints Create and develop all furniture and POS (Point of Sale) brief requirements for GTM activities, and product launches | |
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT Deliver multiple product launches per year in retail and contact centre sites Present timelines and plans for all product launches that can be shared with key internal stakeholders | |
STRATEGY EXECUTION Working with the Senior GTM Manager to define the retail and contact centre launch strategy Liaise with the Projects team to understand any overlaps between GTM launches and new projects launching in retail/contact centres | |
OPERATIONS & PROCESS Creation of processes to deliver all key activities for products and projects Working with the wider GTM team to align the product plans with the promotional plans Create detailed briefs and associated process for agencies for allocated launch GTM activities | |
| BUDGET & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT Work with external agencies to deliver the retail plans effectively and efficiently Manage and track the GTM product launch budget, reviewing opportunities for cost savings Responsible for critical path analysis, budget and deadline management |

- You’re passionate about retail and technology, with experience of delivering innovative product launches
- You’re experienced with product launches, who has proven experience building effective working relationships with inhouse teams and external vendors
- You’re creative, with the ability to think of ‘out of the box’ when it comes to developing new ideas and initiatives.
- You’re able to work well under pressure with passion to succeed
- You’re organised, able to prioritise efficiently and effectively
- You’re a confident communicator, able to present action plans and strategies to key stakeholders
