Field Performance Coordinator

We’re looking for hands-on Customer Experience Manager for our Service Network

 This role sits at the heart of how Samsung supports its customers.

You’ll work directly with our authorised repair partners across Ireland, helping improve performance, solve problems on the ground and make customer journeys smoother from start to finish.

It’s a hands-on role, mixing site visits, data analysis and practical problem-solving to drive real change. You’ll spot what isn’t working, fix it, and share best practice across the network, always with customer satisfaction, cost control and service quality in mind.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

  • Supporting and challenging repair partners to improve performance and service quality
  • Using data and customer feedback to identify issues and drive practical improvements
  • Working closely with internal teams to resolve operational, system and process challenges
  • Leading and supporting improvement projects across service, cost and efficiency
  • Helping ensure partners meet quality, compliance and performance standards

 ARE YOU OUR PERFECT PARTNER?

  • Happy to travel extensively across Ireland, able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple workstreams
  • Confident building strong relationships with partners and internal teams
  • Practical, analytical and solutions-focused
  • Clear communicator with strong commercial awareness
  • Experienced in service operations, performance improvement or project delivery

 WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

  • Competitive salary: €36,000 – €40,000 per annum
  • Performance bonus: 15%
