This campaign runs from 30 May - 8  June

Training will be 3 days w.c 26 May

£200 per day + £25 daily bonus (subject to scheme rules)   

Previous Activation Event Manager experience is essential!

MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP

Manage promotional stand operations throughout the campaign meeting brand guidelines

Lead and develop a team of up to 10 people, ensuring effective campaign execution.

Collaborate with Blue Square Talent and HR teams for staff rota, breaks, ensuring the well-being of your teams are maintained

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE 

Through leading by example, you will encourage shoppers to visit the stand and participate in experiential zones.

Create excitement and buzz to increase footfall and drive interest in products.

Deliver outstanding customer interactions, influence, and increase sales.

Through your approach you will influence your team to maintain a high standard of customer engagement

BRAND AWARENESS 

Maintain an expert understanding of products, stay updated on competitor offerings.

Demonstrate products and features in an engaging manner to increase sales.

Upsell products to maximise revenue and increase the conversion rate from query to purchase.

Ensure your team understand the brand and support them with their knowledge and development

REPORTING & FEEDBACK

Provide daily event reporting and highlight achievements.

 

Offer feedback and share best practices with the team.

 

Capture and report all relevant data daily for performance analysis.

  • Previous Customer Service or Retail Experience
  • Logistics, Reporting, and Site Management Experience
