Content Administrator - Dutch Translator

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Retail Content Administrator to join a leading global consumer electric brand supporting retail programmes across the Benelux region.  This role is part time 32 hours per week, Monday - Thursday.

We zoeken een zeer georganiseerde en proactieve Retail Content Administrator voor een toonaangevend wereldwijd merk in consumentenelektronica. Je ondersteunt retailprogramma's in de Benelux. Deze rol is parttime (32 uur per week)

This is a pivotal role ensuring our retail partners receive accurate, compelling and brand-compliant product content, assets and samples, enabling best-in-class execution both online and in-store. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing and retail partners to ensure flawless retail readiness from content creation through to launch.

 Deze cruciale rol zorgt ervoor dat onze retailpartners accurate, aantrekkelijke en merkconforme productcontent, materialen en samples ontvangen, waardoor een optimale uitvoering mogelijk is, zowel online als in de winkel. Je werkt nauw samen met sales, marketing en retailpartners om een vlekkeloze retailklaarheid te garanderen, van contentcreatie tot lancering.

 WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO / WAT JE GAAT DOEN

 PRODUCT CONTENT MANAGEMENT / PRODUCTCONTENTBEHEER

• Create and maintain product content sheets (descriptions, technical specs, key USPs)
• Ensure all information is accurate, compliant and aligned to brand positioning
• Adapt content for retailer-specific requirements
• Coordinate translations where needed
• Proactively gather and chase missing information across systems and stakeholders
• Productcontentbladen maken en bijhouden (beschrijvingen, technische specificaties, belangrijkste USP's)
• Zorgen dat alle informatie accuraat, conform en afgestemd is op de merkpositionering
• Content aanpassen aan de specifieke eisen van retailers
• Waar nodig vertalingen coördineren
• Proactief ontbrekende informatie verzamelen en opvragen bij verschillende systemen en stakeholders

DIGITAL ASSET & MEDIA MANAGEMENT / BEHEER VAN DIGITALE ASSETS & MEDIA

• Collect, format and optimise product images in line with brand and retailer guidelines
• Manage and organise digital asset folders
• Distribute manuals, guides and videos to support launches
• Ensure assets are delivered ahead of launch deadlines
• Productafbeeldingen verzamelen, formatteren en optimaliseren volgens de richtlijnen van het merk en de retailer
• Digitale assetmappen beheren en organiseren
• Handleidingen, gidsen en video's verspreiden ter ondersteuning van lanceringen
• Zorgen dat de assets vóór de lanceringsdeadline worden aangeleverd

RETAIL & SAMPLE COORDINATION / COÖRDINATIE MET RETAIL & MONSTERS

• Coordinate product samples for retail partners and launches
• Track shipments across the Benelux region
• Support retail readiness checks
• Act as first point of contact for retail content queries
• Productmonsters coördineren voor retailpartners en lanceringen
• Zendingen volgen in de Benelux
• Retailgereedheidscontroles ondersteunen
• Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen over retailcontent

Event Support / Evenementondersteuning

• Support preparation and execution of the annual Retail Fair
• Ensure booth readiness (samples, materials, demo assets)
• Represent and promote products professionally and on-brand
• Ondersteuning bieden bij de voorbereiding en Uitvoering van de jaarlijkse Retailbeurs
• Zorgen voor de gereedheid van de stand (samples, materialen, demo-assets)
• Producten professioneel en volgens het merk vertegenwoordigen en promoten

ARE YOU OUR PERFECT PARTNER? / BEN JIJ ONZE PERFECTE PARTNER?

• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and speaking)
• HBO level education is a bonus
• Experience in an administrative, content or retail support role (consumer electronics or FMCG ideal)
• Proactive, resourceful and persistent in chasing information
• Strong attention to detail, especially with technical data
• Comfortable managing multiple SKUs and launch timelines
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint)
• Experience with retailer portals or digital asset systems is a plus
• Understanding of omnichannel retail is beneficial
• Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels (schriftelijk en mondeling)
• HBO-opleiding is een pluspunt
• Ervaring in een administratieve, content- of retailondersteuningsrol (bij voorkeur in de consumentenelektronica of FMCG)
• Proactief, vindingrijk en volhardend in het vergaren van informatie
• Sterke aandacht voor detail, met name met technische gegevens
• Comfortabel met het beheren van meerdere SKU's en lanceringstermijnen
• Uitstekende Microsoft Office-vaardigheden (Excel & PowerPoint)
• Ervaring met retailerportals of digitale assetsystemen is een pluspunt
• Kennis van omnichannel retail is een voordeel
