Communications Manager

Are you experienced in leverage synergies, driving engagement and activating best-in-class touchpoints across a dynamic, fast-paced, ever-evolving ecosystem?

As our Communications Manager, you will be a key disruptor in the internal landscape, architecting insight-driven narrative journeys that maximise alignment, inspire action and unlock untapped value streams. In simpler terms: you’ll send messages, but with vibes.

You will take full end-to-end ownership of omnichannel internal storytelling, translating complex business priorities into crystal-clear, scroll-stopping content for our Field teams and wider Samsung UK.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

 

  • Communications. Orchestrate a world-class, future-ready communications strategy that aligns stakeholders and energises key business moments. Curate end bring to life a 12 month roadmap
  • Own and champion the internal comms platform as the beating heart of digital engagement innovation
  • Ensure the right people get the right message at the right time (ideally before they ask) Continuously iterate, optimise and “enhance the user experience journey”
  • Immerse yourself in retail and contact centre environments to obtain real-world, boots-on-the-ground insight
  • Data and insight. Track and report on key communications KPIs. Turning data into actionable insights.
  • Identify opportunities to improve messaging and engagement
  • Line manage and develop our communication Executive
  • Build strong relationships across key stakeholders to accelerate success, alignment and strategic impact

  • Experience of delivering communication campaigns with the ability to engage audiences
  • Excellent customer-facing skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders.
  • Ability to deliver at pace to meet changing demands, whilst maintaining a structured and organised approach.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Commercial acumen to spot opportunities and find solutions before problems arise.
  • A solution-oriented thinker with a strong drive for results and the ability to persevere in achieving goals.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills with internal and external stakeholders.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

  • Competitive Salary: £40,000 Per Annum  +  10% Bonus
