In this pivotal role, you’ll own, evolve, and direct client strategy to ensure alignment with Blue Square’s business objectives and long-term commercial ambitions. You’ll lead immersive B2C and B2B campaigns that drive sustainable growth, champion operational excellence, and build strong, lasting partnerships.

 

With a creative, curious, and innovative mindset, you’ll challenge the status quo, keep us ahead of the curve, and inspire teams to deliver world-class results. As a proven leader, you understand the value of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and the power of collaboration.

  • Knowledge of retail industry and technology clients
  • Strong senior-level stakeholder management abilities
  • Skilled in budget ownership and utilisation
  • Experience in understanding, managing, and developing KPIs
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities for business and client growth
  • Fearless, proactive approach in showcasing the value of Blue Square to clients and presenting confidently at events

  • Previous experience in direct or indirect people management and development

 

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

  • Competitive Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 Per Annum
