Client Operations Specialist - Bookings & Purchasing

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Client Operations Specialist. You will support the seamless delivery of all client-related operational services from managing travel and accommodation to coordinating events and overseeing the full lifecycle of assets. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

 

  • Managing the end-to-end asset lifecycle:
  • Acting as the key point of contact for client and team queries.
  • Supporting new starter inductions
  • Implementing booking changes and logistics for events and campaigns
  • Raising and managing purchase orders
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams and suppliers.
