As our Booking Agent, you’ll be at the heart of our operations:
We’re looking for someone who’s organised, proactive, and loves problem-solving on the fly. You’ll work closely with your account management team and fellow Booking Agents to deliver excellence every time.

- Recruit, select, and book top-tier field teams for every project
- Lead engaging briefings and support teams on-site
- Maintain accurate staff records, payroll, and compliance
- Build and nurture strong relationships with our ambassador community
- Keep our talent pool ready, proactive, and fully staffed
- Solve problems on the fly to ensure seamless project delivery
